A Russian-related stallion with a pedigree rich in champions, GT Mahogany Gold has so much to offer the Arabian breed. He is a multiple Champion stallion in both halter and performance, including 1993 Scottsdale Champion Stallion and 2007 Scottsdale Reserve Champion Breeding Stallion 5 and over AAOTH. GT Mahogany Gold is sired by Padrons Mahogany, a son of legendary*Padron, whose championship titles include halter titles, Canadian Top Ten Futurity Stallion Champion and English Pleasure Champion. His mark on the Arabian breed has been to produce foals who have won over 250 championships in halter and over 200 in performance.

We feel the strength of GT Mahogany Gold, that allows him to sire such incredible foals, comes from the blending of Russian stallions,*Padron and *Muscat. Muscatoucha, his dam, was a tremendous broodmare who produced multiple champions in halter and performance. A daughter of the great *Muscat - one of the most important Russian stallions ever imported to the US. *Muscat was the FIRST stallion to ever win the "Triple Crown" - US National Champion Stallion, Canadian National Champion Stallion and Scottsdale Champion stallion all in the same year. *Muscat is also the all-time Leading Russian Sire of Champions.

GT Mahogany Gold consistantly passes on his large, soft eyes, small tippy ears, thin throatlatch, high-set neck, laid back shoulder correct legs and a strong powerful hip. His foals have his wonderful willing disposition and desire to please their handlers. With only 14 foals sired, GT Mahogany Gold's success as a stallion has been somewhat overlooked.
